目录信息（公开）

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act of 1974, Federal Law 93-380, information classified as “目录信息” may be released to the general public without the consent of the student.

学生可以在秋季学期或春季学期的前12天或夏季学期的前4天向招生办公室提出书面请求，要求全部或部分目录信息不向公众公开。 如没有提出要求，有关资料将在查询后公布。

美高梅博彩保留法律要求的普通教育记录。 A student’s records are private and are protected from unauthorized inspection or use. 注册主任是当前在校生和退学或毕业学生的所有记录的保管人。

• The right to inspect and review the student’s education records within 45 days of the day the College receives a request for access.

• The right to request the amendment of the student’s education records that the student believes are inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise in violation of the student’s privacy rights under FERPA.

• The right to provide written consent before the College discloses personally identifiable information from the student’s education records, except to the extent  that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent.
