付款信息及选择

学生在付清全部费用后才能正式入学。 学生必须在上课时提供的注册声明上列出的时间和日期之前支付费用。 学费可以用现金、支票、万事达卡、Visa或Discover支付，也可以亲自或在线支付。 付款计划也是可用的。

全额付款

Students using ‘pay in full by credit card’ on the MyLedger page in MyViking are not charged a separate fee.

需要/有资格获得其他经济援助的学生应尽早联系经济援助办公室。 学生可以使用他们的MyViking账户来跟踪他们的经济援助状况。

分期付款计划

一个付款计划系统可供学生在上课前支付学费。 为了帮助学生支付教育费用，GC提供了一个自动付款计划，可以设置使用银行账户或信用卡/借记卡。 对这种支付方式感兴趣的学生应该点击MyViking的MyLedger页面上的信用卡支付按钮。 要参与FACTS（也称为电子出纳），必须建立一个帐户。

FACTS/Nelnet为预算学费提供了一个低成本的选择。 这不是一个贷款项目。 所有付款计划都是与Nelnet Business Solutions签订的合法合同。 它允许每月自动分期支付学费。 学生注册课程越早，缴费期越长。 

参加费用：要使用付款计划，通过ACH（自动银行付款）或信用卡支付每学期30美元的注册费（不可退还）。 每次付款被退回时，有30美元的退款费。 另一个选择是使用电子收银员用支票或储蓄账户或信用卡/借记卡全额支付学费。 报名费是2美元。 (If paying in full, students may want to consider the ‘pay in full by credit card’ service on MyViking. 详情见上文。)

e-Cashier is 不 available for Minimester or Half-Session classes.

注意: Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue automatically until the balance is paid in full. If payment is not successful on the 5th it will be re-attempted on the 20th and a $30 fee will be assessed by FACTS/Nelnet. 每次失败将收取30美元的费用。 所有的首付和全额付款，以及30美元的注册费，都将立即得到处理。 Also note that payments will not show on MyViking until the funds actually reach the college’s bank. 信用卡可能需要3天，银行转账可能需要10天。 如果首期付款失败，合同将被终止，你可能会被要求全额付款。
